The Siebel Developer is directly responsible for configuration and scripting of Siebel user interface, workflow and business services.
This person will be responsible for managing the full life cycle development to customize and enhance Siebel CRM Application (Ver. 8) including detailed design, configuration, documentation, testing, and deployment. This individual provides hands-on mentoring to the team and works closely with project managers to complete key initiatives.
Education and/or Experience:
BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience 
Siebel Configuration 4+ years 
EAI Web Services 2+ years 
EAI (VBC, external APIs) 2+ years 
Experience with Siebel 8.x 
Experience working with Agile methodology
Configuration knowledge of Siebel Tools, Workflow, Siebel eScript, and Business Services 
Some experience with web service integration using a SOA architecture 
Some experience with integration techniques to pass data in/out of Siebel (EAI, VBC, MQ, HTTP) 
Some experience designing solutions using Assignment Manager, Email Integration, Workflow Policies, ODBC, LDAP Authentication, Siebel Communication Manager, and ADM. 
Some experience working with Data Modelers and DBA to do data mapping to accommodate data structure changes 
Experience with writing PLSQL and Oracle 10g and 11g experience 
Knowledge of Siebel environments, architecture and security administration 
Proven experience in successful development and delivery of at least one complex full lifecycle Siebel implementations

Mapping the requirements of corporate clients and providing them the best solution to meet their recruitment needs effectively.
Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing, screening, interviewing, rate negotiations and presentation to Account Manager/ Client. 
Responsible for sourcing candidates from Job Boards, LinkedIn, Google searches, direct cold calling, company database, and referrals. 
Have to screen resumes and candidates technically, rate their technical and communication skills. 
Should shortlist and submit the right profiles and schedule the interviews and offers upon clients request. 
Should be able to develop key partnerships with hiring managers, candidates . 
Should worked on requirements of most of the technologies like Programming Languages, Web Technologies, Databases, System Administration, Network Engineering, Business Analyst / Project Management and ERPs like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel. 
Should have strong experience in job description analysis and creating search profile. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
